Lyrics to Gondwana
Gondwana Video:
He danced across this bridge, a lit match in his hand. Wood underneath his feet drenched in gasoline, just like our dreams. Fragments of a structure that connected two mighty lands, fallen into the darkest deep, too far to ever be retrieved. I try so hard to hold on to the pieces that I have left, and don't let anger get the best of me. For I am Gondwana, and I float out here alone to saturate in my frustrations, misconceptions. You should of let it all been known, and not kept it bottled up. Cling desperately to what little you got and follow the bridge on it's way down. But I will stay afloat. What about the dreams with the means to see them through. You were completely free to do what you wanted to. I gave so much to make you happy, happiness you could never see. Is your soul bottomless, a soul void and empty. Our Panacea is gone, our motherland has been destroyed. A once great mass, separated spread throughout the map. Trying to join with strange lands, but the edges don't fit this time. It's a puzzle that can never be put back together. It happens all the time, well that's what they say. I would do most anything, to bring this family back together again. But now it's up to you, dear brother and father. Soon will come the day, when in a room you'll sit alone. Face in your hands, you'll ask your self, "What have I done?". Well look at me now, I think I'm better off.
